The Mondeway shower board is crafted from a composite panel. Its core is an extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam board, formed through an extrusion process that creates a structure of completely sealed cells encapsulated with food-grade CO₂. This structure makes the core permanently impervious to water vapor. The core is then sandwiched between two layers of an inorganic polymer coating on each side, reinforced with an alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh, which significantly enhances the board's overall performance.

    This one-piece molded product, when used with complementary wall-mounted waterproof backer boards, replaces traditional waterproofing and leveling methods. It enables modular, rapid installation characterized by low cost and high efficiency. The panel is 100% waterproof, lightweight, and ensures easy, convenient installation.
